After 7 years of SEEKING answers throughout the University establishment, I finally came to the realisation that the causes of our dis-eases cannot be fully understood or truly worked on through the intellect alone. Intellectual knowledge often revolves around finding solutions to counter symptoms, not causes. The intellect could spend lifetimes "fixing" symptoms without ever touching the underlying causes of these symptoms. A vast realm of energies exist below, throughout and above the intellect. To become aware of these energies is the true KEY to healing.

Learning to understand, accept and hence MASTERING the multi-level reality of the energies that feed/affect us took me another 7 years. I studied with various healers and naturopaths, and most importantly, I learnt to trust the knowledge that was deeply within. The biggest teachings and the most powerful tools I have inherited all came from within, yet I maintain close connection to many other methods since each person, at any given moment, has different needs. Interchangeable, mutable, transformable methods are more powerful than any method that considers itself Universal. Universal should mean "including everything", shouldn't it? ;)

And now I enter a new 7 year cycle, this time, not for delving deeper into myself but rather for SHARING the depths of my Being with those fortunate enough to have embarked upon the self-discovery path. The path to the true self is a hard one as it implies transformation from low frequencies (fears, beliefs) to higher ones (love, truth) - but it is the most rewarding path any human can travel as its results will extend far beyond the realm of what is normally called one's "spirituality" and actually touch the whole of humanity.
